Fee Policy
Fees vary depending on the nature of the services. When you complete the Initial Contact form, you will receive a response that includes detailed information regarding fees for the services you are considering.
- Clients are expected to pay for services in full at the time of their appointment.
- Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card (Master Card and Visa). There is an administrative fee (approximately 2.5%) for credit card payments.
- There is a substantial fee for returned checks ($30 for each incident).
- Although ADD Austin does not accept payments from third-party providers, we are happy to provide clients with a statement to submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement. Please note, in accordance with laws regarding insurance fraud, clients who submit receipts for reimbursement are not eligible for reduced or discounted fees.
- ADD Austin is a provider for Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DARS - formerly the Texas Rehabilitation Commission), but these slots may involve a lengthy wait. DARS clients must obtain approval from their DARS counselor before scheduling an appointment.
